09-Sep-1991 - While returning to Mendi with another company DHC-6, the weather deteriorated significantly. The first DHC-6 landed safely however P2-RDC executed a missed approach, and entered a very low circuit attempting to maintain visual. A forced landing was undertaken on an adjacent road, during which the port wing collided with trees, forcing the engine & propeller into the fuselage.
