05-Jan-1975 - While operating a reconnaissance mission from Tucumán the aircraft collided with Nunorco Chico. There were 12 fatalities. These details are reported in several different venues, however an alternative version from Argentina follows below;

05-Jan-1975 Crashed near La Angostura, in Tafi del Valle after being hit by anti-aircraft fire, with a total of 13 fatalities. Both reports are in similar geographic regions, and it is certainly possible that the second version is what precipitated the collision with the mountain.
