24-Nov-1994 - Struck the ridge of a 100ft iceberg & crashed immediately after take-off from the Rothera Research Station, Adelaide Island, Antarctica. The aircraft had departed Calgary, AB fifteen days prior on its ferry to Antarctica for the summer, and was bound for Patriot Hills, Byrd, McMurdo and finally Terra Nova Bay. All four onboard were killed.
