Additional Historical Information

Definitive history in 1975 & 1976 is murky at best. It would appear that is was due to be leased to Bradley Air Services, and allocated the registration C-GNYY. I believe that registration was not ever physically painted on the aircraft, and remained as VP-FAQ, and in all likelihood remaining with British Antarctic Survey. - The allocation of C-GNYY was held on the books until it was cancelled by Bradley Air Services
