10-May-2010 - During a survey operation the aircraft broke through the ice after landing, approximately 168km north of Alert, Ellesmere Island, NU. The crew of two, and three scientists were safely rescued later the same day, and the aircraft was last seen as submerged to wing level. The Canadian registration was cancelled 06-Apr-2011.
