18-Nov-1976 After landing at Eastmain, QC the nose gear, and subsequently the main gear broke through the surface, were torn off and the aircraft slid to a stop in several feet of water and muskeg. Repairable and returned to service. See photos below.

30-Jun-2004 During a rejected take-off from Saint Vincent the aircraft departed the right side of the runway, travelled across a field and then collided with a ditch and perimeter fence.
