07-Apr-1996 - Veered off runway, and collided with a fence on take-off at Virgin Gorda, BVI. The aircraft sustained considerable damage, however it was subsequently recovered by the owners and transported back to Las Vegas, NV. The aircraft has a current certificate valid through 31-Jan-2026, however there is no evidence of it returning to service following the accident at Virgin Gorda.
