08-Sep-2005 - Aircraft lost power shortly after take-off from Goma which resulted in a forced landing in a banana field. There were no fatalities, however the aircraft sustained significant damage.
Additional Historical Information
Wreckage subsequently transported to Canada for Kenn Borek Air and first noted at Calgary, AB in Jun-2010. In Q1 2023 the aircraft entered the hangar for rebuilding, which was noted underway in mid-April 2023.
