09-Mar-1996 - Contact with the aircraft was lost between Bagua and Puerto Galilea, Peru before it was to make an emergency landing at an airstrip in the Amazon jungle. Due to bad weather en route the planned course had been altered, and the aircraft became fuel critical. Three persons on board were killed.
