21-Jan-1977 - Collided with snow slope, which had been mistaken for a level landing field at Gomez Nunatak, Adelaide Island, Antarctica. There were no injuries to the five persons onboard. The engines and avionics were salvaged, however the balance of the aircraft was deemed a write-off.
